VACANCY - TICKETING OFFICERS.
DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The function of the ticketing officer is to ensure the collection of all accrued revenue derived from the sale of passenger tickets.

The position reports
directly to the Accounts Manager.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE
NOT LIMITED TO;
To sell and validate passenger tickets at terminals;
To report accurately all sales revenue to the
Accounts Department;
To gather customer related issues and provide
feedback to the Head Office;
To provide customers with information about
ferry schedules;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
& EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of HND at (minimum lower credit level)
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
applications
Customer oriented with good communication and
interpersonal skills
Not more than 28 years of age.
Minimum of 2 (two) years’ experience in a
customer service capacity;
Working knowledge of Government transportation
policies regarding inter-modal networks;
Minimum of HND at (minimum lower credit level)
