Productive People - A leading manufacturing Company  in Nigeria, involved in the production of a wide range of fibre and steel ropes, webbing slings, rope slings, cargo nets, helipad and helideck, jackup ladder, vehicle tow ropes, etc.

Title: Procurement Officer

Description

• To ensure that all items procured locally conforms to the requirement(s) specified in the requisition form based on best market practices and quality in accordance with procurement practices.

Responsibilities 

• Equipment & Tools Purchase
• Managing the procurement department
• Sourcing direct and indirect buys
• Coordinating and expediting purchases
• Developing collaborative relationship with direct purchase
• Issuing purchase orders using SAGE.

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any relevant Management course or equivalent   experience. 
• A minimum of 3 years experience. 
• Familiarity with SAGE software is compulsory.
• Purchasing & Supply Professional affiliations and  qualifications would be a plus.
