Job Title: Regional Access Manager - Eastern Nigeria
Description
- The Regional Access Manager - East position reports to the Head of Market Access Nigeria and is a part of the SR SSA (Sub Region Sub Saharan Africa) Market Access community.
- As Regional Access Manager, you will provide Strategic and Tactical Access support across the assigned region on subjects including Public Reimbursement, Health Policy, Private Insurance, Patient Group Relations, Government Affairs and contributes to strengthening Market Access (MA) capabilities and skills within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Access to Roche medicines
- Defining, Setting and Ensuring implementation and execution of the overall vision, strategy, objectives and tactics for each critical stakeholder in the assigned region
- Shaping the socio-political environment to promote access to innovative healthcare solutions
- Building strong, credible and supportive relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Driving the development and implementation of political stakeholder communication and engagement
- Updating the business promptly on key Access impacting trends from the assigned region
Requirements
- University degree or professional pharmacy/medical degree; MBA or postgraduate will be an advantage
- 3 – 5 years’ experience within Pharmaceutical, FMCG or highly regulated industry (oil & Gas, Utilities etc.)
- Track record of strong performance and a self-starter
- Solid business partnering expertise & ability to influence & communicate effectively in a matrix organization
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong business acumen especially of political and economic issues/trend
- Strong written and oral presentation skills;
- Fluent written and spoken English
