a.) WASC/SSCE/NECO/GCE with 5 credits, 3 of which must be Mathematics or Physics, Chemistry and Biology
b.) Basic Training Laboratory Certificate (BTLC) lower credit.
Qualifications for Medical Laboratory Scientist Cadre
i.) Medical Laboratory Scientist
a.) A good first degree in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS), plus registration with the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology of
Nigeria (MLTN) plus NYSC.
Qualifications for Medical Laboratory Technician Cadre
i.) Higher Medical Laboratory Technician
a.) Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology plus 3 years registration experience with the. Institute of Laboratory Technology of Nigeria
Qualifications for Clinical Instructor (Nursing)
i.) Clinical Instructor
a.) NRN & RM with at least 2 years of General and Specialized Nursing experience OR
b.) BNSc degree and NYSC plus Registration and 2 years post qualification experience.
